Residential Seller

   There is a phrase we use in our office “let’s get out and shake some trees”. In today’s market space, there are many in the industry that are not accustomed to working hard to find the right buyer for their client. In fact, we find it takes a lot of hard work, and a paradigm shift in how we look at finding the right buyer.  

When we sell your home, this is what we will not do. We will not place your home in a newspaper ad. We will not run an open house. We will not direct mail the entire neighborhood. Why not?

Because that is what Realtors do to promote themselves, it rarely has any effectiveness in finding a buyer for a client.

  • marketing pieces on the interior and exterior of your home
  • pick up your mail while you are out of town
  • we’ve even mowed the lawn…
